How long does shipping take?

Most orders within Romania arrive in 3–7 business days. EU deliveries take 5–14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on Romanian orders over 200 RON, and free EU shipping on orders over 90 EUR (approx. 450 RON).

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery for any reason, with a 14-day EU cooling-off period on top. Unused items in original packaging. Full details in our Refund & Return Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay express checkout. You'll see all options at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away at hello@opticarehub.com and we'll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we can't change orders — but you can return items per our refund policy.

Will this product work for my pet?

If you're unsure whether a product fits your pet's size, breed, or needs, email us before ordering. We'd rather help you choose the right thing than process a return.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Not at this time. We ship to all EU member states including Romania, but not to addresses outside the EU.

Are your products safe for cats too?
